By creating an account or using PostForge you agree to these terms.

Your account

Keep your login details safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account, including content published through it and through your API keys.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you create and upload. You give us permission to store, process and publish it only as needed to run the service for you. You're responsible for making sure you have the rights to what you publish and that it follows the rules of each platform you post to.

Acceptable use

• No spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or automation that contacts people who didn't contact you first.
• No illegal, hateful, deceptive or infringing content.
• No attempts to break, overload or get around the limits of the service.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules or the rules of a connected platform.

Connected platforms

Publishing depends on each social network's API. Platforms can change or limit what's possible, reject posts, or restrict accounts, and we can't guarantee that every post will be published.

AI-generated content

AI output can be wrong or unexpected. Review what you publish.

Credits and payment

Credits are used for AI images and clips. Credits spent on a failed render are refunded automatically. Paid plans, if offered, are described at the time of purchase.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time (see Delete your data). We may close accounts that break these terms.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or content that a platform removes or fails to publish.

Changes

We may update these terms. If the change is significant we'll tell you in the app or by email before it applies.
